How to record a match result
Enter the sets you played after your match. Saving a Ranked result applies the player-level changes immediately.
Step by step
- 01
Open the match
Find the “Result pending” card in the matches you joined or created. Choose “Report result” to open the match. You can also access it at any time from Profile → Match history → See all.
- 02
Check the teams and players
Check who played on Team A and Team B. Only confirmed participants can report a result, after the scheduled start plus configured duration. Ranked matches require four confirmed meetRackets accounts in four unique team/position slots. The organizer can correct the final lineup before a result is recorded.
- 03
Enter the sets
Open “Report result” in the match detail. Enter the games for Team A and Team B for each set, for example 6:4 and 6:3. Add the third set if each team won one set. The third set also accepts a valid match tie-break, such as 10:8. The winner is calculated automatically from the sets.
- 04
Review and save
Agree on the score with your fellow players, check the teams and choose “Report result”. The other players do not need to confirm it afterwards. Saving a Ranked result updates player levels immediately. The result remains available in match history.
Frequently asked questions
Can I report the result after seven days?
Yes. Open Profile → Match history → See all, select the match and report the result in its detail. The seven days only limit visibility in your personal lists; they are not a reporting deadline. The window starts at the scheduled end of the match.
Where are friendly matches?
After their scheduled end, friendly matches remain in your profile match history, including those without a score. They do not stay in your personal lists as pending results. Friendly results do not change player levels.
Why is result entry unavailable?
Check the start time and duration, your confirmed participation and the lineup. Ranked matches need four registered players in unique team/position slots. Replace guest slots with accounts first. Cancelled matches cannot receive results.
Can I edit a saved result?
You currently cannot edit saved results yourself. Check the sets and teams before saving. If there is a mistake, contact support.
